Assessment Services
Learning Assessments - We provide comprehensive and targeted evaluations that identity a student’s specific strengths and challenges. Going beyond traditional measures of ability and achievement, our assessments profile underlying processes such as Sensory-Motor Functions, Attention Processes, Executive Functions (behavioral regulation, inhibition, planning, organization, working memory), Memory and Learning Processes, Language Processing, Visual-Spatial Processing, and Processing Speed In addition to providing an accurate diagnosis, our assessments provide clear and specific intervention recommendations for both home and school.
Developmental Assessments - Our assessment process involves a multidisciplinary team who evaluate communication, social-emotional functioning and functional and adaptive behavior. Parent and caregiver input and natural observations, are also used to profile a child’s functional abilities and challenges. Our thorough evaluation process results in recommendations specific to the individual
Behavioral Assessments -We use motivation assessment, functional behavior, analysis, and temperament evaluations to understand and make recommendations for improving a child’s behavior and happiness.
Other Assessments - We also provide assessments for disorders of mood, and anxiety-related conditions.
