Scott T. Winget, Psy.D., ABSNP

Director of Attention Deficit and Executive Skills Disorders

Dr. Winget received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University in California.  He then completed a psychology fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.  Dr. Winget  has practiced psychology in Maryland since 1991. He is certified as an Early Intervention Specialist through the Maryland State Department of Education.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of School Neuropsychology. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Winget works at the Frederick County Developmental Center’s Infants & Toddlers Program.
